Am I required to sign a 12-month lease?  Yes, leases run from August 3rd through July 22nd.

Is a credit and background check required? Yes, this is part of the application process. The non-refundable fee is $35. We require a credit score of 625+ for renter or cosigner.

How much will my deposit be?  The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Is renters’ insurance required?  Yes, we require each resident to have an active renters insurance policy throughout the duration of their lease. 

May I have a cat or dog?  Cats are welcome for a $300 non-refundable fee and rent of $25 per month. We love dogs however at this time we are unable to accommodate them. 

How do I pay my rent?  You will be emailed an invoice, click on the pay now button and enter your payment information.

When is my rent due?  Rent is due the 1st of the month. Rent is considered late on the 4th and an administration fee of $40.00 will be applied to the invoice.

Are utilities included in the price of the rent?  Utilities are paid by the tenants and are required to be on throughout the duration of the lease.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside any apartments.
